Snowmentum is a theatrical newspaper specializing in comedy and connection. Every edition is a live event. Actors deliver a physical paper at each stop. The audience is the cast.

Video + Print + Live — every party generates content across all three formats. The newspaper becomes the archive. The stops become the footage. The community builds the next edition.

Running nine times a month with four big productions a year. Currently active in Chicago · New York · Los Angeles with a touring edition. The infrastructure to run all of it is built and live.

Design Center / Content Director
A bracket-style drag-and-drop planner for mapping 30 sections across 10 issues — assigns content types (video, post, stop, spot), links to Drive and YouTube, calculates party stops, and syncs to the newspaper editor via localStorage. Bishop Snow Cars photo background at reduced opacity.

Plan the party in the Design Center
Map the neighborhood, set the date, assign stops to each bracket slot. The planner syncs to the newspaper editor automatically.

Create and schedule the party in Admin
Save the party, upload a flyer, flip it to "This Month" in the admin dashboard. It immediately appears on the events front page tour board.

Guests sign up via SMS
They hit the events page, click RSVP, enter name and phone. TCA-compliant consent. Upserted into the snowballers table. Admin sees them instantly.

Day-of text drops the first location
When Twilio verification is complete, a bulk text goes out to every snowballer with the starting location. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

The physical newspaper — designed in the newspaper editor, exported as a high-res PDF, printed — arrives at each stop carried by performers.
